Joseph L. Belbol, CPA

Joseph L. Belbol is a Certified Public Accountant with a broad range of experience ranging from accounting to financial management. With over fifteen years of experience, his background includes working with companies of all sizes and many industries, ranging from small private companies to publicly-traded fortune 500 companies. This has allowed Joseph to develop a unique perspective when servicing and advising companies to operate profitably, while minimizing the impact of taxes to the bottom line. 

Joseph has served as President of a local Toastmasters International club, a speaking and communications organization. This enables Joseph to communicate technical issues effectively with clients in an easy to understand manner. He is also a black belt in Aikido and has taught classes on a regular basis.

Melissa Herrera

Melissa Herrera is an Accountant at Belbol & Associates, where she provides clients with accounting, reporting, tax preparation, and QuickBooks support services. She earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and a master's degree in Accounting from Montclair State University, and is currently pursuing her CPA certification.

Melissa brings many years of restaurant experience, which has strengthened her ability to manage fast-paced environments, solve problems under pressure, and deliver exceptional customer service. Combined with her background in finance and accounting, she offers a well-rounded, client-focused approach to every engagement.

She is bilingual in English and Spanish, enhancing her ability to support a diverse client base. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to continuous growth define her work.

Richard Tylenda

Richard Tylenda is an Accountant at Belbol & Associates, handling tasks from accounting to tax preparation. With years of experience across different industries, it has led to a better understanding of day-to-day operations of businesses, along with being equipped to handle all kinds of issues. This, in large, has helped shape how he handles working with clients and helps give an alternative viewpoint when tackling an issue, thanks to jobs ranging from Data Management to Park Ranger.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware, with a pursuit of obtaining a CPA in the near future. While in Undergrad, Richard competed on the University of Delaware’s Water Polo team for two years. He is also an avid reader of History and a lifelong Jeopardy fan.
